摘要(Abstract)：

介绍了国内外数据中心采用的关键性能评价指标,重点讨论了数据中心企业绿色金融框架重点关注的关键性能评价指标PUE（能源使用效率）,探讨PUE测量点的设置、计算方法和测算过程中容易出现的偏差与挑战。其结果对数据中心设计、改造和评审工作具有实用性的参考意义。
